Medical herbalists provide a trusted, holistic approach to healthcare, focusing on treating the root cause of illness rather than just relieving symptoms. We use plant medicines whose traditional uses are supported by modern scientific research and clinical trials. Medical herbalists are qualified to prescribe herbal remedies safely alongside conventional treatments, and many patients are referred to a herbalist by their GP as part of an integrated approach to healthcare.

I am a medical herbalist, a mother of two, and the owner of two scruffy dogs, with a deep understanding of how busy modern life can be. After my youngest started school, I trained in Herbal Medicine at Heartwood Education, qualifying in September 2025. I am a member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists and completed over four years of training, including more than 500 clinical hours, allowing me to offer thoughtful, personalised herbal care.
